Competent staff, abundant breakfast, had a very very good stay overall for second time.

the hotel is clean, inexpensive and has ideal location right on the beach.

I was offered a room with wonderful views of the beach.

It was fairly clean, with nice location and staff. Also, I really enjoyed how upscale the location was.

The breakfast should of been included.

We had a such great stay at this brand-new hotel. Nice place to stay in Miami Beach, everything was great. Exceptional units with 2 full beds. The staff was consistently courteous, provided an early check-in and a late check-out.

Planned to see Miami Beach major attractions and it was good choice for visiting all of them. We got a huge room on the 5th floor. Quick check-in, just what we needed.

Modest hotel, cheap rooms, great view of the ocean and the street.

This was my second really good stay here and I would stay here again. Smoke-free hotel in a pretty nice area of Miami Beach. Nice pool to relax in too

The staff were understanding, lovely bed, gorgeous breakfast. The location was best possible, just a short stroll away from Faena Forum. We visited the downstairs bar and enjoyed the complementary drinks.

We had a nice stay at this upscale and affordable hotel. The staff were informative and food was gorgeous. Top location, 5 minutes' walk to fontainebleau. Everything was beautiful as expected, though the bathroom was not clean.

Well, the views were not very nice here.

Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Miami Beach. I loved my stay, the staff were ABSOLUTELY KIND and the location was unbeatable. Just 20 min walking to city centre. Fast check in and thoughtful service.

Air conditioned rooms, very convenience location, kind staff. Had nice dainties at Sungrass cafe, located close to the hotel. Easy check in and good service throughout my stay. I liked my pleasant overnight stay.

It was an amazing time staying at this convenient hotel. I loved that the lobby was beautiful. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Mid-Beach district.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Relaxing and fairly clean place to stay in. Perfectly comfortable position in the domestic area. Also, miami beach boardwalk was max 25 minutes walk to. I liked a cosy decor and comfy furniture. People were very awesome and ready to render a top-notch service.

The stay was absolutely fine. Delightfully helpful staff, impeccable room, in general I loved this attractive hotel. Venue was more than clean. Breakfast was inexpensive with plenty of appetising options. The pool was heated and I had complimentary drinks in the poolside bar. This hotel was in a pretty quiet area...

I loved this absolutely brilliant hotel, especially spotless rooms and perfect location. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. The restaurant was small and so clean. Customer service was superb too.

Staff was GRACIOUS, the buffet breakfast was freshly cooked. We loved the room: it was always clean and well-planned. Absolutely perfect location to indian beach park.

Communication was challenging, wifi was very poor.

It was very clean in the hotel. Thanks to their concierge for the help. We really enjoyed to have evening drinks at beaches bar & grill, based nearby.

There was no swimming pool.

Worth its 3 stars. Enjoyed having a sunny balcony. Only 15 min walk to downtown.

We could have lunch in Aqua set within 500 feet. Location really close to Fontainebleau Shops and easy access to holocaust memorial❤
